What counts as storage?
This policy explains the browser storage used by ProfitPanda. Contact support@profitpanda.co.uk with questions.
A cookie is a small record saved by your browser. Local storage and session storage also save information on your device. They are covered here even though they are not technically cookies.
The details below come from the website, sign-in and affiliate code reviewed on 19 September 2026. They distinguish sign-in storage from entries you save in the tracker.

These entries are first-party cookies or browser storage used by ProfitPanda, even where a service provider supplies the technology. Values can include session identifiers or account and bet details; don't share them in screenshots or support messages.
Essential and optional uses
Sign-in security and session storage support a feature you request when you log in. Saved tracker entries support your request to keep those entries on the device. Other storage must have its own valid purpose and any permission the law requires.
Our anonymous checks of the homepage, calculators and tracker did not set advertising cookies. That check did not cover signing in, a Stripe checkout or every linked third-party service. It is not a claim that third-party sites never use tracking.
From 29 October 2026 our public information pages (the homepage, guides, calculators, results and policy pages) send visit statistics to PostHog, our analytics provider, using its EU cloud. For each page view it receives the page address without any search terms, the referring website (site name only), which of our own pages you click through to, your device and browser type, and your IP address, which every web request carries and which it uses to estimate your country.
PostHog does not place cookies. From 3 November 2026 it keeps one random visitor number in your browser’s local storage, so we can count return visits and see how far people get across pages and days. The number holds nothing about who you are, is replaced after 6 months and is deleted if you switch analytics off. We never tell PostHog who you are and visits are not built into a profile. The law allows this without asking first because it is used only for statistics to improve the site, and you can switch it off below. It records no session replays. The script file also loads on hub, bet tracker, billing and sign-in pages, but there it only checks the page address and then stops, before it stores or sends anything. The exceptions are the free First Profit walkthrough at /hub/first-profit and the Promo Converter at /hub/promo-converter, which are counted for every visitor, signed in or not, and records which steps people reach. It never reads what you type into forms, and search terms and advertising click identifiers in links are removed before anything is sent. We use the totals to see which pages help people get started (our legitimate interest in improving the site), never for advertising, and PostHog processes the data for us under its data processing terms.
It does not run if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also switch it off here: . Your choice is saved as pp_analytics_off in this browser so we can respect it.
Third-party services
Some pages load fonts or libraries from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. A request to an external service sends technical information such as your IP address even if it does not set a cookie.
Affiliate applications and referral dashboards are temporarily closed. Existing referral and commission records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. ProfitPanda does not set an affiliate or referral cookie.
When you follow a link to Discord, Stripe, a bookie or an exchange, their own storage and privacy rules apply. See Discord, Stripe and our Privacy Policy.
Managing stored information
You can view, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking sign-in storage can stop account features working.
Signing out removes session and account caches where the sign-out completes. Manual tracker entries can stay on the device. Clearing site data removes those local entries too, so save anything you need first. Clearing the browser does not by itself delete account records stored on our servers or cancel a subscription.
