You can lose money

There are no guaranteed profits or monthly returns. Matched betting, free bets and arbitrage still involve risks such as mistakes, changing prices, unmatched bets and different settlement rules. Value bets can lose their full stake.

Spending more time or placing more bets does not guarantee better results. Do not treat betting as a salary, an investment plan or a way to solve debt.

Set limits before you start

• Use only money you can afford to lose, separate from rent, bills and essential savings.
• Decide your spending and time limits before opening an offer or alert.
• Include exchange liability and money tied up in existing bets when checking what you can afford.
• Don't borrow, chase losses or raise stakes because you feel you need to recover money.
• Take breaks and use the deposit, loss, time-out or other controls available from your bookie or exchange.

You can skip any alert. You do not need to complete an offer if continuing is causing harm.

Signs it's time to pause

Pause if you are betting more than planned, hiding it from others, struggling to stop, borrowing to bet, or finding that it affects your sleep, work, relationships or mood. You don't need to wait for a crisis before asking for help.

• GAMSTOP: free self-exclusion from participating online gambling websites and apps. Check its current coverage and registration details.

If you are outside Great Britain, look for the appropriate gambling-support and self-exclusion services where you live. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.

Taking a break from ProfitPanda

Mute alerts or leave the Discord if seeing betting content is making things harder. Contact hello@profitpanda.co.uk if you want help with access or membership cancellation. You don't need to send medical details to ask for help.

Leaving Discord, clearing your browser or deleting a tracker entry does not automatically cancel a paid plan. Use your Whop subscription controls or contact us for help. ProfitPanda cannot close your bookmaker or exchange accounts or register you with a self-exclusion service.

Don't use our tools to get around a self-exclusion, age check or account restriction.
