Where do I start?

Read Matched betting basics, try Back and lay, then follow Complete your first offer. You can practise the numbers without placing a bet.

How much money do I need?

Add the back stake and exchange liability, allowing for other open bets. There's no single starting amount for every offer. See Bankroll and staking.

Does ProfitPanda place the bets?

No. You place them yourself at the bookie and exchange. Check both confirmations.

The odds moved. What now?

If neither side is placed, recalculate. If one side is already accepted, use its actual odds and stake with the new price on the other side. Don't switch to a different selection.

My lay is partly matched. Am I done?

No. Only the matched part is accepted. Check the outstanding order before replacing it, so it can't match as well and leave you with too much laid. See Exchanges and liability.

Where's my free bet?

Check the offer's timing and whether your qualifying bet met the terms. Wait until the token appears before using the free-bet calculation. If it's overdue or unclear, ask the bookie.

Why aren't I getting value or arb alerts?

As of 18 September 2026, value alerts are in internal testing and arb alerts aren't a member service. Setup cards don't activate delivery. Check feature announcements for updates.

Does positive EV mean it'll win?

No. You can lose the whole stake. EV depends on an estimated chance, and even good bets can have losing runs. See Variance.

I've been limited. What should I do?

Save the notice, check open bets and balances, then contact the site. Don't use duplicate or borrowed accounts to get around it. See Limits and gubbings.

Where do I ask for help?

Post the card and explain the issue in Discord support, with private details hidden. The bookie or exchange handles its own bets, withdrawals and account decisions. Independent support is there if betting is causing harm.
