Arbitrage checks and availability

Use this guide to check the whole arb, not just the profit percentage.

What you need to see

  • The same match and start time on every bet.
  • Every possible result covered, with no overlap.
  • The bookie, current odds and available stake for each side.
  • The stake and net return for every result.
  • Matching settlement rules, with fees included.

Check the whole bet

  1. List all possible outcomes, including the draw if there is one.
  2. Read each site's rules, including voids and unusual results.
  3. Check your balances and the stakes your accounts can accept.
  4. Calculate what you'd get back for each result.
  5. Recalculate if a price or stake changes, including rounding.

Try the example first. A good-looking percentage doesn't mean you can get all the bets on.

Already placed one side?

A rejected second bet doesn't cancel the first. Check what's accepted, what could still match and what you could lose. Work out the cost of any new bet before placing it. If you're unsure, pause and ask for help.

Check feature announcements for any change to member access. For ordinary price checks, read Comparing betting prices.
