Comparing betting prices
Make sure you're comparing the same bet. Similar market names can have different rules.
Check these details
- Match, teams, date and start time.
- Market and selection.
- Exact line: over 2.5 goals isn't over 3.5.
- Period: 90 minutes isn't “to qualify” or extra time.
- Offer eligibility, void rules and commission.
What does a better price get you?
On the same £10 cash bet, odds of 2.20 return £22 if you win. Odds of 2.10 return £21. That's a better payout, but it doesn't prove either price is good value. You still need an estimate of the chance of winning.
A 2Up market may have different odds from standard match odds because it can pay early. Don't swap one price for the other in a calculation.
Can you actually get the price?
Check your own betslip. Boosts, account eligibility, stake limits and timing can all change what's available. The confirmation tells you what was accepted.
Use the current tool or bookie's prices. Not every account has a separate live comparison tool.
